MTC has a wide range of in-house facilities for components requiring a painted finish. Components requiring painting may typically have a short-term anti-corrosion surface treatment such as zinc phosphate light mineral oil. We also use a select number of sub-contractors for specialist treatments, such as:

Some of our products are encapsulated in moulded plastic, or even as the core component in cast metal and moulded plastic products.
