OUR PRODUCTS

Tubular components can be produced up to 250mm in diameter, and are typically used on large diesel engine cooling and exhaust system applications, where designs are compact and operate in heat affected areas, often under pressure.

Our mild steel tubular components are used on industrial engines and hydraulic equipment. Any configuration of bends terminating in welded fittings or formed ends can be produced in a variety of metric or imperial tube sizes. The surface coating is typically a base primer over a zinc phosphate substrate.

We produce a range of smaller components which can be formed by swaging, flaring, reducing and pressing. Mild steel, aluminium and stainless steels can be accurately formed up to 100mm in diameter and 3mm wall thickness.
