Products and capabilities

All of our products are bespoke and we look to work closely with all of our customers to ensure designs are optimised for cost effectiveness and the use of standard tooling and componentry as far as possible. With both 2D and 3D CAD capability and an engineering team able to work on site alongside our customers we can respond quickly to the changes and demands in today's environment. This combined with in house manufacture of fixtures means we can respond to your prototype requirements, often in a matter of days.

Tubular components can be produced up to 250mm in diameter, and are typically used on large diesel engine cooling and exhaust system applications, where designs are compact and operate in heat affected areas, often under pressure.

Any configuration of bends terminating in welded fittings or formed ends can be produced in a variety of metric or imperial tube sizes. Materials include mild steel, aluminised steel and stainless steel tubes. We also produce a range of smaller components which can be formed by swaging, flaring, reducing and pressing.
